I school horses a little differently here at the Crazy Patch Ranch

I use positive reinforcement to shape horses behavior. This type of training is done at liberty (free of any restraints) & without force or punishment. The horse is a willing student & has the option to no longer participate if he/she desires. I use a clicker or designated sound to mark the correct behavior & reward any effort toward the desired behavior. This method works & works well! Horses learn quickly & are eager to keep learning because Its fun, for both the horse & human alike.
